We provide a broad spectrum of services that you may find to be tangible or intangible support mechanisms for you. Some of these services are free; others are done for a fee, while others still may be a part of a support agreement.

Departmental physical evaluation:

When invited to work with you we provide a site evaluation while consulting with you to assess what will expedient and/or be useful to you from step one through ongoing implementations for sustaining future growth. We always want to optimize your previous investments in an ongoing plan to bring you up to date and provide a flexible technology sensitive plan for the future.

Departmental fiscal evaluation:

We not only want to work with you concerning the physical needs and planning for you department, but we want to provide a plan that is fiscally responsible. In today’s healthcare community you must be fiscally responsible as well as providing optimal healthcare for your patients. That is; if we provide these services what will it cost, how will it provide revenues or save costs while providing new or more efficient diagnostic tools. As a patient it is always nice to have the fastest, greatest and latest, but as a provider we have to consider break-even points and/or weigh the clinical and financial efficacy of a project.

Systems administration:

With our MedStation, DicomWare, PhoneidoS and other PACS or Tele-radiology systems we offer as a part of these packages a remote administration and support system. We have our “Medical Support” group at multiple locations working with a common database to maintain virtual support of these systems as well as maintaining a constant flow to the product development groups of these products. Thus we have constant care and product development looking at stability and productivity continually for your site.
